Problem with thicker brake rotors?

I am getting new front brake rotors, raybestos. They look thicker than stock and I was wondering if there would be a problem with them being thicker. In example: the caliper won't fit on, a problem with the pads? I just don't want to buy them and there be a problem. Please reply. Thanks.

You buy new rotors because you want them to be thicker. That's like the only reason you buy rotors, that or cause they are warped. If you buy new pads or rotors of course you'll need to retract the calipers so they fit. Come on man.

I'm buying new rotors cause they are warped, I could care less about performance, I just don't want them to warp again. I hardly know anything about cars. I'm getting new reybestos rotors and reybestos QS brake pads. Will I have to retract the rotor, and if so is it hard? Thanks for the reply.
