Warpspeed's new "quiet" catback 250 shipped..any good?

I was ready to get an Apexi WS catback, but when i heard about the warpspeed "quiet" catback for 250 shipped, it made me change my mind as an org member was quite pleased w/it. Anyone else have opinions on this matter?

I've had mine on for about a month and I love it. The sound is deep, not loud maybe a little louder than stock. I also have the WS ypipe and the gains are nice. You can really feel the difference geeting on a freeway. I chose a 4 inch chrome tip and the muffler looks tight. I did have some fitment issues between the bpipe and the rear section leadidng to the muffler. also, the muffler stuck out too much. I suggest that after putting on your setup, take it to a muffler shop to weld the joints, place the muffler exactly where you want it and he'll secure it. That cost me about $80 to make everything perfect. You'll want to use your stock cat if you want the noise reduced.

Just go to warpspeedperformance.com

It's not that hard to find.

The only pic of the Warpspeed exhaust on a Maxima is this:

The other pic is the choice of tips you can get. I noticed that if you want quiet you have to choose the aluminized body Dynomax rather than the Magnaflow. I hope I read that right.

- 2-1/2" MANDREL BENT ALUMINIZED STEEL B PIPE WITH 18" RESONATOR AND 2 BOLT FLANGES AT CAT OUTLET
- 2-1/2" MAGNAFLOW STAINLESS SINGLE TIP MUFFLER ( LOUDER THAN STOCK )
- ALUMINIZED STEEL DYNOMAX style "CLONE" Q' MUFFLER , SINGLE TIP
- CHOICE OF CHROME TIPS FROM 2-1/2" TO 3-1/2"
- OPTIONAL STAINLESS 3-3/4" TIP $20 EXTRA
- ALL GASKETS, HANGERS AND BOLTS INCLUDED

Since I'm looking for a cat back system I found this on ebay:

The picture is linked to Megan Racing's website. Is this system any good?
I like the fact that there is a silencer available.
