5 short pulses
I was having some sporadic CE light activity upon start where sometimes, the light would come on and the engine would run rough for a while. After some time, the engine would settle down and the light would turn off. When I diag the ECU, it only came back with 5 short pulses. Does that mean that I didn't correctly activate the procedure, or did it not store the CE diagnosis?

All OBD-2 Diagnostic Trouble Codes are four numbers, and the first number is always 0 or 1.
