Anyone ever use fuel system cleaners?

I have been getting poor gas mileage recently in my car. I just replaced plugs with ngk coppers, installed a k&n panel filter, new fuel filter, and the throttle body was cleaned 7k miles ago. I used to get 23-25 but now am getting around 20.

The only two things that I have noticed is when I get to a quarter of a tank, my car sometimes stalls when I accelerate. It's not out of gas because it takes the normal amount in relation to the guage. Also, when I replaced the plugs and reset my ecu, it had a stored code for the front o2 sensor. Two months ago I replaced my ECTS and reset the ecu, so that o2 sensor code had to have been stored since then.

I have read that some people put in fuel system cleaners such as techron. Does anyone recommend using these cleaners? I have always thought they are a waist of money. Any thoughts? Thanks

It doesn't harm to drop in one bottle of Techron. I noticed some difference in mileage after adding one bottle right after oil change twice and I see a +3 mpg improvement. (with A/C on)

try some BG 44k .. same formula the dealers use in thier fuel induction service, the can is prob. costly but it makes a world of a difference in performance night and day
