I was just wondering how much it costed everyone with Body kits (Stillen,etc..) to get the pieces painted at a body shop?(or wherever)
Would be good info for when i go shop and compare later this week. thx

 

i paid $700 to get my stillen bk painted that included taking the old paint off and also installation

 

thats alot for a lip to get redon. I got my whole hood and driver fender fixed (massive dents) and repainted after I went through a fence for $500 canadian.

A good body shop should only charge you about $100ish for the paints and maybe an hour of labour. (get them to do your interior trim at the same time so you dont have to spend another $100 when you do want it done.)

nah but they do good work, the front lip was already painted but with cheap paint so it was coming off and the side skirts had to be grinded down so the doors dont hit it, the rear valnces need to be painted, the paint isnt normal paint but paint for polyurethane so paint doesnt crack when it bends, im gonna have it installed by the end of this week
