For my regular Fog Lights I wanna get PIAA H3's Cool Blue or Extreme White, whatever one is closer to 5000K HID, but I also wanna get a set of round aftermarket Foglights that look like the IS300's. I'd like for them to have that nice, canary yellow glow, not amberish at all.

I heard people speak of PIAA and Sylvania but I never seen them in small 3" round housings. I also heard of Narva or suttin, but cant seem to find any info on those. Thanks.
