Hazard Bulb Type??

You may want to check your state laws there. I don't think i's legal to have any red lights in the front of your vehicle. Expecially for the turn signals which double as the hazard flashers.
For the rear the bulbs are 1157 & the only red bulbs you'll be able to find are the clear LED cluster bulbs that light up red.

they are small, either 194 or 74 and im pretty sure they are 74. I tried red LED's but the green canceled it out. The red will not show through the green so you will have to modify the arrow. Sand down the green and make it clear, or sand the whole area and mask off a new arrow. I ended up keeping them green and using a white LED's but next time i get in there RED! Araffio told me about the sanding trick. try it.

Well I have a 74 red bulb for my O/D light and it is dim. And 74 bulbs are actually smaller than the stock bulbs and 194 is too large. I did have 74 blue bulbs in the arrows, and it was also dim. You could not see them during the day, but at night you could.
I think I'll try this sanding trick.
