I was looking on redlinemax and saw the magnaflow high flow cat for my max for 99 bucks was wondering if any body has this cat and how it sound and also is they noticed any horse power increase im planning on putting a magna flow muffler on with a y pipe soon and i wanted to do some research on all my options i was aiming for a throaty sounding exhaust

stay away from y & magnaflow, it drones out the butt i heard...

i wouldn't waste money on a high flow cat... you'll only get 1-2 hp if that... and test pipes usually add raspiness to the tone of your exhaust so best bet... stay stock and add y-pipe!

Unless your having problems with your cat I would not spend the money to replace it with anything, neither a test pipe or high flow cat.
