Power source in doors to run led

I am going to attempt to put an led assembly in the door levers/handles so it will illuminate the inside of them like my moms lexus. How would i find a power source to run these off of? preferebly one that goes on when the headlights go on

I have already done this. You can splice into the wire that powers your window control light. It's on the back of the window switches/controls, use a meter and test for which one it is, I don't remember the colors. It woks great, you can dim and everything!! Enjoy
