Which wheel bearing to get?

Ok bit confused on which to get.

WHEEL BEARING - FRONT - Maxima 1995 to 1999

or

40210 - WHEEL BEARING - FRONT - Maxima - 1989 to 1999

do you guys think these come with the sealer and stuff?

u can get a moog part number k-9818 from any local part store cost between $25-$30 hope this helps
