Cumalot, you took off your MEVI correct? Man, it's a big difference in how the rpm climb after 5500 with the stock manifold.

 

Mike: yes I sold the MEVI. I know what you mean. My rpm used to climb up much faster when I had the MEVI. The JWT cams are going back in next week, so that should take care of the topend isssue.

 

Anyway, I think I have taken care of the tip problem. I went to a muffler shop today to have them fix it. They ended up cutting up a small section of the bpipe and then welded them back together. They didn't over did it because they were afraid of the exhaust hanger not holding. So the tip isn't perfectly flush with the bumper. It still sticks out a tiny bit, probably about 1/4". I can deal with that, it looks much, much better. The tip isn't as "out there" when it's more tucked under the bumper. I'll take some pics over the weekend when I go picked up a set of 2k rims. I'm a happy camper now.

Btw, the thread started out bad(yes I know my bad), but it will end up happily. Brian and I will take care of whatever is necessary between us. I would like to thank him for listening and the patience dealing with me.
