Removing front grill- Need help!

How the hell do you take it off? I see two clips, on the upper sides of the grill. I squeeze them with my hands and try to pull the thing up and out. at least thats how I think it should come out. By the way I have another grill that I want to put on the see how I like it, but it does not have these clips, what i mean by that is that it des not have those squeezy things that go into the square, can those things be transferred over from my existing grill or are those squezzy clips part of the grill piece itself? Hope you understand my question. Thanks guys.

Squeze harder, thats all thats holding the grill in place. Once you get the two upper clips to release the bottom will snap right out.

Just grab ahold the center rail near the ends of the grill and pull hard and fast. It'll come right out.

the clips are supposed to be turned (with a flat head screwdriver) 90* so the clip will pop right out. But its a PITA to actually do that while the grill is installed. Also squeezing them is just as hard.

You can transfer them no problem, you just need to rotate them and they pop right out.

I too did away with them and use zip ties.

So i gotmy grill out and and checked out the black grill in it's place. Black with the mahogany peral looks AWESOME, only thing is, the black grill I have is in real crappy shape, missing the Nissan hamburger, and It's not OEM , has overspray on it yadda yaa. so I am not gonna use it. So I need to get one in good enough shape to match the condition of the car. Anybody have one in very decent shape. A few nicks and there are nothing bad, but nothing nasty. Thanks everyone!
