Fixed my exhaust...

I just bought a greddy sp cat back. Love the way it sounds...only problems was the fact that my o2 sensor didnt fit, so $30 i had the hole plugged and a hole put in my cat for the o2 sensor. Mounted up the tip stuck out 2 inches...kind of looked rice. Well...I fixed that last night. Driving home slightly afflicted after a car show which I didn't win Import Mild in, I backed into a curb turning around after I couldn't find a friends house. Heard something drag as I pulled forward off of it. I got out and using my phone as a light see that my bumpr is stuck over my tip. I wa able to use my shoes as insulators and pulled the tip down and pushed the bumper back into shape. I checked it out this morning...I dont know where the 2 inches or so went...but I crawled under my car and the pipe isn't bent in anyway to limit flow so I'm rather pleased. Not even a stress crack in the paint!

hahaha that was good for a laugh!

What SP was it? Sounds like you bought one for a 97-99. Also your 96 should have the O2 in the cat stock.

Not sure really...not the SP2...don't know what the levels of SPitude are, as far as I know just the plain old street performance. Yeah i think it was for a 97-99...only got it because I got a good buy on it. And yes my stock cat had the o2 in the cat, but I replaced my cat with a magnaflow hi-flow cat as well. The greddy had a hole in the pipe for the o2 sensor, but it was a bit too big.
