Where can i get a replacement HID ballast?
one of my ballasts blew out i believe, where can i get a set of replacement HID ballasts for an 9004 8k Zmax kit? does freddy still deal these kits? and can any 9004 ballast work on any bulb?

Finding an exact matching ballast will be difficult because it's of its aftermarket plugs. Ebay is your best bet. Other than that, buy a OEM ballast and cut the plugs from the dead ballast and connect them with the OEM ballast. Should work fine.
