ECU Check up!

Last week my car threw the check engine light and i found out the 02 sensor was bad.. I got it replaced and I went to reset the ECU...

After reading how to reset it, I think I messed it up.. For some reason, it keeps goin when I turn it counter-clockwise.. I think I forced it past stop... What do I do?

You broke the stopper. You have to just kinda guess where it goes from where you broke it off. If you leave it stuck to the right your car wont start properly and when it does start it will stall if the rpms drop below 1k. Good luck

my stopper is so damn tiny i can hardly turn or see it with a little mini screw driver... but always be gentle with it... it says that on the lable do not force past stop

Hmm I have fiddled with my ecu test in the past and now I'm wondering if I put it out of test mode correctly...someone said if you dont turn it back correctly you car can stall out...Well in stalling does that mean just shutting down completley? I've had that happen to me 3 times now at fairley low speeds..as in shutting down I mean completely die in Drive..Please let me know then I can tell Nissan because they couldnt figure out why my car had done that.
