Cold air intake/Stone racing headers

What will a cold air intake and stone racing headers add for horsepower. Will it make a difference. Also a high flow cat good or bad?

If he wants to get headers, why are you suggesting he get a Y-pipe first?

Honestly, headers and CAI will give you around 20 peak HP at the wheels.
