Wheel Bearing

I think my back right wheel bering is gone. Sometimes when I drive I can hear a whistleing sound and also I can see some type of oil on my rim sometimes. Not much but some. What do you think it is and how can I replace it?

It's really difficult to diagonose your problem remotely just from a vague description of a noise. But, if I had to guess, it doesn't sound much like a wheel bearing.

If it were a wheel bearing, it would be more of a rumbling noise that varies with the car's speed.

Maybe it's something to do with your brakes?
