Eh, I don't even know the proper name for the paint on my car. It's from the M5. It's technically black, but with a pissload of blue flake. It looks black, but in the sun, it's a gorgeous blue.

It's a 93'. I think he paid about 20k for it. He bought the car from a body shop and as part of the deal they did all the body work. This price also includes rims, suspension, etc... The outside looks awesome but the interior is still original 93' cracked leather and broken parts. I think this summer we are going to get working on the interior and the stereo.

Here is the huge a$$ thread of all the progess:

I had a 1994 325 sedan. I like the sedan better especially when modded. I bought mine for 10 grand and then put in another 10. It looked like this before I totaled it

if you're looking to stay within the factory colors, go w/ either neptune blue or lakeshore blue. Heck, even the Majestic Blue Metallic on 5.5 & 6th gen Max's looks sweet

if you're planning to do a custom paint job, everyone's given you lots of suggestions

I personally would go with the darkest midnight blue, Skyline blue or BMW M3 blue. Blue has some great possibilities. What about a blue that changes colors depending on the angle of the sun hitting it. Something irridescent from the House of Colors line would be cool.

I'm diggin a blue available on Mazda RX-8s - check any lot, the Mazda dealerships in my area all have a ton of RX-8s. It's similar to the R34's Bayside Blue, but not exact.
