Clearence light mod Question..
Clearence light mod Question..
Whats up fellas..
After cutting the higher nib, and reversing the bulb the clearence lights are brighter. Both filments are lit, and the difference is amazing.
Is this bad for the wiring? Will it mess up anything? Will it break the lense or anything?
Please need feedback..

It's not using both filaments, it's using the other filament but it will cause more heat.
If you're worried about the heat, get LED bulbs and mod those, brightness without the heat.

cheep bastids choppin off nubs!
FYI the nubs are there so you dont insert the bulb the wrong way. They are not the contacts. The bottom has the 2 positive contacts and the whole base is ground. If you cut one off it will fit loose either way you insert is. But its no big deal.
