If anyone has some advice or ideas it would be appreciated. My car is stalling at low RPM's (ie. idleing, lights, etc...) When it happens all of my electrical flickers, headlights, gauge lights, check engine light etc... Anyone have some help?

Clean out your throttle body and IACV. If you have not done either of these things, it is a good place to start.
