3 threads in 1 !! What a Deal! j/k electrical questions

(1) installing neons and leds in the interior. splicing into the cigarette lighter, should I get a 10amp fuse in place of the 7.5 [even though the fuse is a couple cents, just wanna make sure]

(2) will be installing foglights and those neons i'm talking about. I still have the oem battery, should that be enough to power everything?

(3) Want to tint the lense of the aftermarket foglights I bought. The housing is all plastic and the bulbs are 55w H3's. If I were to spray it, will the paint fade in time? What can I do to keep the paint tinting it to the maximum. I just bought these for 20 bucks and they're just for looks I guess, hence the tint. I want them to be as hidden as possible because its not oem. and the oem fogs rock.

thanks for reading through all 3, thanks for all the input.

(3) spray the inside of the lens. its a bit more work, but if you seal it back up right, it wont fade. but TEST THIS IDEA FIRST, i would hate to have you waste 20 bucks cuz u painted your lenses flat black on accident
