Click on 'Maintenance' off to the left, then select '4th gen idle speed' in the right field and it will give you directions to adjust your idle speed.

My car also idles that low once warmed up, but I've never had any problems with it so I see no need to adjust it.

Hey try doing the throttle body cleaning as explained at http://www.motorvate.ca/mvp.php.
It helped my rough idling.

Are you talking about idling in drive or in park?

hey, guys, first post here... don't know if it was answered before but search isn't working for me.. so a quick question...

when i start my car, the initial ignition revs it over 1000, but then it drops quickly and stalls. The only way i can get it to idle is the rev it a little bit, very lightly, nothing over 1500 w/the throttle for a few seconds, then it idles around 1000 for a little till it warms up and falls to around 600. It only stalls when i start it up in the morning to go to school, or if it's been stationary for 5 or more hours. Do you guys think it's throttle body also?

I looked at the TSB, but was wonering if there was anything DIY fix and see if it worked. Like the TSB says, my car has difficulty starting after some ours of cooling or overnight at cold temps. It says it's running overrich fuel during cranking so i gotta keep the cranking period extended to get it started. Is there anyway i can verify/fix this?

you should never need to adjust the idle speed. if your idle speed is incorrect, look else where to solve your problem. adjusting the idle speed is just a quick fix.
