60K:

Change Sparks (NGK platinum or Copper which ever you have to money for)
Change Air Filter
Change Oil plus Oil filter
Change fuel filter
Coolant Flush
Tranny Flush
Inspect Brake Pads, Rotors, Brake Lines
Check all fluid levels
Might as well Clean thortle Body while your tunning up
Adjust Idle
Adjust tire pressure (thats a killer too . . . 33 PSI up front 32PSI in the back minimun)

after doing that you shouldnt have a gas milage problem anymore.

the 5w30 oil is fine, its should help good especially in the winter in NY, will heat up faster than 10w30 will in the winter.

sounds like tha battery is getting weaker with the cold. test it and replace it if need be. May as well check the brake pads too, since they squeek. The may just be dirty.
