Engine RPM

Does anyone know what causes the engine RPM to fluctuate? This is the results I got from The Auto Enginuity ODBII reader. This ODBII reader connects to my laptop and gives me the reading.
My car is Automatic, and I have about 70k mile on it. The idle results are after the engine wormed up. Last couple of the Reading shows the car in Drive.

Do you actually see the tach moving around?
Can you feel a misfire?

A faulty or out of adjustment TPS causes the engine idle speed to hunt.

Maybe all the worms that are in there are causing it? j/k

Try cleaning your throttle body and IACV.
