How much would a shop charge to install illuminas and springs? and do they make dust boots for the illuminas?

It depends entirely on the shop. May be as cheap as $100, may be as expensive as $600. Typically, $150-$200.

anything more than $200 for install is a ripoff. maximum tuning in long island does it for $150 total (struts and springs)

it cost me $60 at Midas for springs only. It's basically the same labor involved, maybe even less since they don't have to take the springs off the old struts
