Installing eyelids...
Yeap, got the custom ones made from CF, and now trying to install them. People said try double sided tape, but I'm afraid its not going to hold it well and they might come off. So i might glue them on. Should I do that? Whats the best glue for plastic/CF outthere? thanks for any input

no offense but i dont think thoes look good at all. they look pretty good on the headlight but then they cross over the gap onto the corner and just look awful. the headlighst look good but the corners look cheap. i think you would need cefiros for it to look good.
also, that red 3M double sidded exterior tape fuking sucks @ss. i tried to use it for my front lip and it just keeps comming off. that stupid tape is the reason i have ran over my lip....TWICE!

The double sided 3m tape should hold fine. This is what I'll be using to install my CF eyebrows and my CF mirror covers once I get home.
The tape is really strong, if its not sticking for some of you guys, then your not prepping the area correctly prior to the install.
If you wish not to do the 3m tape, try epoxy. Bear in mind that using an epoxy will pretty much mean that will be premanent install. If you try removing the eybrows after they have been epoxied im sure they will break and be destroyed.

If you want, you can use some clear silicone from any auto parts store.
It'll stick great and whenever you decide you want them off for any reason, just pull on them and the silicone will peel off like rubber leaving the headlight and eye lid undamaged and un-sticky.
I used it to stick on some carbon fiber inserts in my rear emblem and it came out perfect. I've also used it to stick on my blind spot mirror, worked great.
