need some install help

Hey I just got my in-dash tv. And I know it can be done, I've seen it. Can anyone tell me how to put the dvd player in the ash tray? Is there anything in particular that I need to do/cut/ anything? I hope that someone can help. I've actually seen someone's car on here, I think , So any suggestions, pics...anything that would help. Please let me know. Thanks

The ash tray is pretty small for a dvd player.

Do you mean the bottom DIN?
