I Got an Idea for 95/96 Red/Clears

http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...odelId-1001569

I was looking through JC Whittney and they have a Lens Repair Kit. Which comes with panels that can be heat molded to any shape. I was wondering if we could perhaps use this to cover our Ambers....

I was also looking on google today. And typed in Custom Injection Molding. And quite a few companys came up that do custom work. Maybe we could try contacting one of these companies.?

I saw this thread and did a search on MSN for places here in CA and came up with quite a few. I emailed several of them but haven't gotten a response back yet. Hopefully someone can come through on this for us.

They would make bank if they only knew how many people wanted them on here...

Show them this link if they don't think production is worth it:

dont bank on it being made to much later. the 95 max is now a 10 year old family car that 20% max of the owners of them modify them. mass production wouldnt be very economical.

I'm sure it's more expensive doing it your way, switching to 97+ trunk, 97+ inner and out tails, and paint. It doesn't look like you switched to a 97+ rear bumper cover.

I guesss it doesn't hurt as much knowing you spent $200+ on the conversion parts instead of just the rare red/clear plastic taillights.

Consider yourself very lucky. Personally, with that kind of money, I'd rather spend it on performance mods or in-car electronics. Or put it away as maintenance & repair funds.

Very true, I dont see the point in spending $300 on tail lights or $500 on a conversion... I've got more important things to do on my car... just maintenance wise
