I have it, It's not that bad. I did not cut a hole in my fender, I just used the mid pipe.

read the freaking faqs... place racing is a COMPANY! who makes that STYLE of intake... (for newbs: the one that you have to cut a hole for)... therefore any style that goes through the fender is called a place racing style... it doesn't have to be made by them...

bomz makes a good place racing style... i have it as short ram, just use the mid-pipe... yes, mine came with a maf adapter...

what's so hard about all this?

you are better off putting a filter on your stock mid-pipe if you want short ram... reason being, aftermarket short ram loses a bit of torque compared to stock... so add a filter and make things flow a bit better...

Yea i was gona use the pipes and hoses but then i was just like nah i dont feel like doing all that work and i remembered seeing a website on how to use the brackets from the stock box (on the stickies) to hook up a filter. But then i found the MAF adaptor and just used that.
