Revs Dipping - Why ?

Hi All

I have only just discovered this site, it is excellent! It is good to see so many max enthusiasts, there are hardly any over here in the UK

I need a bit of help

I have recently noticed that when I turn corners, the revs dip temporarily before recovering, this is a problem 'cos it feels like it is about to stall, not good when you are going around a corner or roundabout.

Is this something that might be corrected by the 60K service and a throttle clean - both of which I plan to do myself --- or is it more serious than that ?

Cheers

Plain old Black 2.0ltr 96 Auto with 60K on the clock, no mods and dodgy rear shocks.
