drop your car, alright,
then put on some low profile tires on the custom wheels, you'll never get that confortable ride anymore. before i put on the performance tires, the car rides fine. i got the aerospeed and the tokico setup, my brother has the same max with the H&R's+KYB's. both of our cars ride like **** after we put on some performance wheels and tires.
hmm, that's just something you can ponder about.

Nope Bose is making a suspension, its been like 34 years in the works, and they are finally coming out soon I believe, but here's a link to some info: http://qualitysound.bose.com/pg/lear..._challenge.jsp

From the Magazines and such that have tested it say its the real deal and a few upmarket cars will be getting it within the next 2-3 years. Probable candidates are the new LS430 (or by that time maybe 460 or 500) which is known for its smoothness and the new S-class further down the road. Maybe the new Q considering that it will get a redesign within 2-3 years also. Who knows but the suspension wont be cheap. Check out the video. Its pretty interesting stuff.

people who say cars ride like **** when they are lowered are jsut really meticulous about stuff, its nouthing that you cant deal with, and trust me you dont notice it at all after awhile, you will feel the road more...its not bad..and H&R is the closest to stock suspension (feeling) that you can go with.

h&r srping are 30% stiffer than stock, most of the others are 50% stiffer.. with 16" rims and a decent tire height the ride really isnt too bad.. its definately different, but you can deal with it.. add on some big rims and your gonna feel every little bump in the road.. Anyone that tells you different either just doesnt wanna admit it, or they live by cornfields. As far as this guy saying you dont notice it after a while... when you drive on a highway that was just paved, and theres no potholes, on a warm sunny day, .. mabyes its not too noticable.. But when u hit a pothole doin 25-30 mph, and it hits your rim, bends it, and gives you a flat.. trust me people tend to notice that.

H&Rs and Tokico Illuminas / Koni Yellows will give you a decent ride if you adjust the struts to your taste. Im currently on D2 coilovers, and they ride nice over most roads, but on bigger bumps, its pretty harsh. I DO NOT recommend them.
