Anyone who has a y-pipe if you didn't install it yourself how much did it cost? I really wanna do it but it is getting cold as hell here and I am strapped for time.

Here are the pics....it seems like a good idea....I seems pretty damn sturdy yet it is moveable in that fake flex section....I think it might be popular once it gets more recognition. Hopefully it will be in Tues/Wed

Sorry to say this but the pipe looks, well, cheap as hell. It was made from like a dozen separate pieces and it has different diameter pipes everywhere.

WTF is that, it goes down to like 2in where "flex" is. Why would that make it flow better? I bought a 2-ply flex for my Budget ypipe and it is pretty straight inside and I don't see how the flex section reduces flow from the beginning.

The Ebay Deal , I saw the Warpspeed Y-pipe in ebay for $199 and I also saw another deal that came with the WSP Y-pipe & HI FLO CAT for $289 +17 shiping. Is the Hi flo cat worth buying? Should I just get the Y-Pipe and saveup for the Headers or get the Cat?

you mean its weight in gold? either way looks like a good pipe besides have smaller diameter around the "flex" section?? whats up with that? i think im just gonna go with the best and F*** the rest, cattman for life. my car used to be lovers with her cattman y pipe but when he got taken away my car died! everything went wrong lol (2 headlights burn out, both clearance lights, a foglight, O2 sensor, coil packs, knock sensor) she misses the Y so i think she needs mr.cattman back on

Isn't the normal flew section on y-pipe pretty thick....I bet it is a tad bit wider in this flex section..either way I wanted a y-pipe so even if it isn't that great I live in Colorado so it's not like I have anyone to impress....just glad to have a new mod.

I disagree, i had warpspeed y-pipe and i am never buying anything from them agian. 2 flex sections broke within 10k, and my friends 2k2 flex broke about 2 months after he had it. people have had other problems with them to..

This flex probubly doesnt make a diffrance, it is just to fix the problems of their sh!tty flex sections!!

I look at this and think, this is more like the stock y-pipe. It's much stiffer.

It probably explains some rattle that I get (after I removed some annoying heat-shield hangers), yet I still haven't welded the mid-section of the old wsp y-pipe yet...to the block (the y-pipe has some mid-pipe bolt holes).

Think I'm gonna have to weld some mid-pipe bolt holes to my WSP pipe to fix this(old rattle under accel)...once and for all.

well i copped out and went with the budget cause its $201 shipped and i got the polished stainless ...appearently the guy told me there was a group deal going on right now. He told me the polished SS would be $250 canadian shipped, usually shipping is not included and you would get the aluminized one for $190 USD shipped. why does everyone think they got SS budget? was it differnt back when they were "budget exhaust" insted of "lyell stainless performance" or w/e? and did anyone else get the polished one?

I talked to Dallas regarding this new revised y pipe....he told me the flow difference is marginal at best kinda like the difference between the ceramic and metallic cats they offer...but the sound is decreased a good deal...even though their woven flex section y pipes are still notoriously quiet...this one is apparently even quieter...
