how big of a job is it....

how big of a job is it if the timing chain cover is leaking oil ? What would need to be done in order to gain acess to it ? And what would be the estimate if i brought it to a mechanic ?

You sure it's the timing chain cover?

Or is it one of the black covers on the timing chain cover?

I don't see how you could do it right without removing the engine.


find the leak, wipe it off very well.. apply lots of perma-grey, let dry, hope for the best.. cheap easy possible solution that may not work
