Clock, power antenna, remote

I just bought a '96 SE from my mother. It has a couple of issues that I haven't been able to figure out. I'll try to make a long story short: One day the non-Bose factory CD player wouldn't spit out the CD so Mom went to a national-chain parts store and the kid who was working there went to the car, fiddled with the fuse box, and ever since then the power antenna stays down, the clock doesn't work, and the remote entry doesn't work. After I bought the car from Mom I took it home and checked what I thought would be the relevant fuses and they are all good. Anyway, I was just curious if anyone had an idea on what might be wrong here. Oh, and, obviously the CD player quit working, too, because Mom's CD is still stuck in there. Not that that matters, I'm having a new CD/speakers installed next Friday.
