CEL at start up?

Well I went to go check to see if there were any ghost codes and followed the directions at http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/ecu.html. I didn't get anything. But I also noticed that the CEL (I assume it is up where the high beam indicator is) doesn't come on at startup. Is it supposed to? If it does does this mean the bulb is burt out?

Thanks for anyhelp.

CEL should be on the bottom right hand corner.

It's Yellow, kinda hard to miss.

Turn the key to the ON position and you should see all the lights come up.

But it comes on when you put the key to the "on" position for you?

Yes it should come on with the Key in the On Position.

Thanks for the help. The bulb turned out to be bad. No biggie.
