Headlight problem 96 SE

Wondering if anyone else had this problem. Left headlight went out but i checked the fuse and bulb and they are both ok! Any ideas??

get electric tester and check on each wire .if non of them work i think you added the wrong bulb u need to slice and buy a new 9004

i reversed the bulb (i.e. stuck the right headlight bulb in the left headlight) and it didn't work so it's not the bulb 'cuz the bulb works on the right. Guess i'll get the wires checked!

Your headlight connector has probably started to melt. This often happens if you are using a higher wattage bulb. You may need to splice in a repair end for a 9004 bulb. $5.00 at an auto parts store.
