Junk??????????????????????????or Not?

OK guys, i need your opinion on this cat. I wanna get a cat converter first then work on getting the y pipe. So i need your opinion on cat converters. isnt there a 02 sensor that goes in these? I have also seen a warpspeed cat converter for a 100 on ebay. I NEED YALLS OPINION!!!!!

cats make barely any difference in maximas. Get the Ypipe first.

how good is it though? and where u get it? whats the result? I guess I'll just get a y pipe and a cat and put them on at the same time. I dont want that nasty junk in between the y pipe and my exhaust.

buy mine, i have one sitting in my shed, bought it in a package with a ypipe, fstb, rsb, and a random cat tha twas used a year prior to me purchasing it. go wtih the ypipe first

how much? mansurxk shipped? anybody got a y pipe for sale? I guess I'll just go ahead and get both at the same time.

The cat converter looks like a resonater?

the pic just looks like a resonator not a full cat. Could be why it is called a stainless steel converter, not a stainless steel CATALYTIC converter. Sometimes the e-bay wording can be shifty. Full normal looking cat is wider than shown in pic, just look under your car and you will notice. The pic used could also just be a pic used for each converter they sell too. Just do your research.

Also the 95, and 96 (which I have, a '96) need the hole for the O2 sensor in the actuall cat itself. Ask questions before buying.

My experience with aftermarket cats has been horrible. Random Tech cat broke down, as many on the orgs has and I replaced with an OEM like cat which is already breaking down. I am now going to gut the stone from the inside of the cat and straight pipe it. Use this info and weigh pros and cons to what others say.

I bet that and a warpspeed y pipe would be slammin!! IMA GET THOSE TWO. With those two on my max i should gain at least 25-30hp.

it looks more like a test pipe then a resonater to me. unless I miss understand what a test pipe looks like.
