HID kit Install question

I purchased a kit from the GD from Umnitza. I insatlled the HID kit and looks good. But my high beam indicator on my dash board cpomes on. Anyone know why? I put three wires into the blub connector from the ignitor. Two red and 1 black connector. I tired just doing 1 black and 1 red connecotr but wouldnt work. Only way it works is with all three connectors?

first off make sure you don't have the high beams turned on...like check the ticker switch and make sure its pulled all the way forward...

if it isn't because you accidentally have your brights on.......

its because your computer thinks the bulb is out, but if the bulb is still on then there is a wiring problem, one wire i believe is for ground(black wire)-make sure this connected to the stock ground or else it will turn on that light(happened to me a few days ago).....but the other two wires are for power and one for a signal to turn the lights on

go check your connections, a pic of your connections would help me tell you whats going on

I cant get pics anytime soon becuase I dont have a camera. From the ignitor there is 2 wires. One black wire and one red wire. THe red wire has two connectors on it. While the black wire has one connector. Our stock harness also has three wires. One fully black, another stripped black with color and the third fully colored. I put the two red connectors on the stripped and fully colored wire harness. And the black into the black.

that sounds right, keep black to black and switch the two colored wires and see if that solves your problem

maybe you have the red wires swithced? When you click the high beam do the HIDs turn off? If so then your low beam and high beam connections on the harness are backwards..

i think you need a diode on the high beam wire...or disconnect the high beam wire completely. i have the same problem, i read a post by someone, i think deezo recommended to just leave the high beam wire disconnected.
