We need more inoformation on your car to try and determine what it could be. Miles, mods, matainance etc ...

Changing your tranny fluid will just make shifts smoother.

But im not sure how to explain it everything is just so delayed on my car like if i floor it it takes a while to go from 60-80. If i didnt mention it i have an automatic, hope this helps.

Knock sensor, check for the code.

(If you mention that your CEL isn't on, I will ban you check for the code)

A bad KS can cost you 15hp.

i dunno if i K.S. would make your car that slow, i had a KS code and i would push 120 with no prob...

What kind of spark plugs did you buy ??

Try a fuel injection cleaner and run nothing less than 91 octane.

worst case it could be your auto tranny not doing its job.......

Ill go run the codes see what i come up with.Thanks. I ahve ngk coppers in my car. I ALWAYS use 93 and nothing less. And ive also tried fuel injection cleaner but nothing.

The usual suspebts are knock sensor, fuel filter and spark plugs. But you took care of 2 out of 3 of those...

What about your air filter?

Maybe your cat catalytic converter is broken or melted...
