Noisy Front Suspension

Noisy Front Suspension
I have this anoying noise coming from my front suspension when my Max goes up or down. Kind of a springy noise. Does anybody know whats the problem? Could it be the lower/upper link or what? Thanks for your input on this matter.

it could be your spring isolators, or worn strut mounts.
