Fog Light Install for 99

I am wanting to install fogs for my 99 GLE and was wanting to know who has done this themselves. Really do not want to pay a dealer to do it. Help is greatly appreciated.

If you can maneuver the brakets into their spots then installation should be easy. If not the front bumper has to come off.
