okay, well first off you should prolly check to make sure you don't already have one since you don't even know where it gets mounted. sometimes cars get sold with the system already there, but no key fob so no one ever knows.

the box is on the right side of the trunk underneath the lining. it is screwed to the inside wall. it is about a 6" square metal box. the wiring harness for the power already exists; it's hiding somewhere inside back there by the taillights. you'll have to get the antenna wire with the box. it goes from the box and runs up through where the jack goes and into the car under that plastic cover on the side of the speaker deck behind the back seat. it gets screwed down up there to the same point that the rear window defroster gets grounded to.

i'm in the process of putting the whole factory keyless system in my car as well. you need that box, a key fob, and the BCM (body control module). the BCM has to be from the same year and style as your car i think. mine is a 96 SE 5spd, so i'm gettting a BCM from the same kind of car. that part is the biggest pain in the ****.

have fun with it anyway.

Any keyless entry you buy... make sure it has double pulse unlock. Maximas have something called "double pulse" unlock.

As far as installation goes, its a pain in the butt. You have to snake a wire from beneath your dash to the driver's door lock switch.

I know you're buying from an org member but I wouldnt buy a used alarm or door lock kit simply because the only way you know it works is by installing it.

If you still want install info, i'll look up the wire colors for you. Just email me.
