Cefiro's with Helios HID's

I need help....
I finally got my kit to work. But its not functioning properly. Another thing is that the light output (6000k) is not what I expected. I thought that I would definitely light up more of the road than I actually do, IDK if its because its a Hi/low kit as opposed to a single beam kit.
What I had to do to make it work was cut off the H4 prong (blue/white/black wires) that is suppose to go into the H4 socket. Splice those into the 9004 harness. I spliced the blue to the black (-) and the black to the yellow and the white to the green. I also did not connect the high beam halogen bulb because if I were to connect it, it would be on permanently. As of now my lights work but on my dash the high beam indicator is on. When I pull the stalk forward as you would normally to flick the high beams on the indicator turns off, and so do the headlights. Now if I switch the wires around (black to green and white to yellow) then my HID's only work with the high beams. And if the halogen bulb is connected than that is what will be on but turn off with high beams. I am really frustrated and don’t know what to do. Is there anyone that can help me solve this small little problem?

^----- I do have a wiring diagram. It came with the kit, but I dont need one. I already know which wire is the high/low/ground on the 9004 harness. I think that there is something else to it

First of all, do not, I repeat do not splice into your stock harness. Either buy or make a harness and power your HIDs straight from your battery. If you power you HIDs from your OEM harness, then eventually it will melt. HIDs run with less current than halogen during normal operation, but on startup, there is a huge current spike than draws almost 3X the amount of current rated for your wires. This will eventually melt your wires. Get a harness. It's like having cheap insurance.

I would agree that you need to recheck your wiring. You did say you swapped all the wires but the blue one. I'm guessing that the blue one may be wired backwards...double check your wiring.
