Installation $$$

Hello,
My '99 GXE has 2 blown front struts after I hit a huge pothole a couple of days ago . So I figured I might as well get rid of the boat ride and upgrade the whole suspension. I want to get the Tokico package since it's just 200 bucks more than my mechanic wants for 2 new front struts.
However, he said he would charge me 3hrs labor for front and 4hrs for the back if i decide to go that way. I have a hard time believing that with the right tools and knowlege it should take him THAT long.
So does that sound right or is he trying to me?
Does anybody know/have a shop in the Philly area that has a reasonable price and know what they're doing?
Thanks for the replies!

With a lift and air tools, I can swap both ends in 2 hours.

7 hours of labor is a total rip off.

That a lot of time for just replacing struts and springs. Most shops that I know of can do it in 2hrs. He's tring to get over on you. Keep shopping around for different prices.
