Going Lower Need Camber Bolts?

Looking to go with S-Tech's from my H-Tech's right now. I've been told camber bolts/kit may not be needed depending on my alignment specs.

Here's what they are after I had it aligned with the H-Tech's on.

LEFT FRONT : RIGHT FRONT
-0.63 : -0.80 (Camber)
2.20 : 2.55 (Caster)
0.12 : 0.12 (Toe)

LEFT REAR : RIGHT REAR
-1.18 : -1.04 (Camber)
0.40 : -0.01 (Toe)

Would camber bolts be recommended? I've been looking into either getting the Ingalls camber bolts or the Progress camber kit. What is the difference between both of them and which would be better to buy?

Thanks.

Actually the reviews for the Ingalls don't sound great. I'll be either ordering Eibach's or Specialty Products locally.

people are saying you dont need camber kit if you dont drop it too much but i can definately tell my front wheels are butterflying with my eibach pro springs. the inside of my tires are balding pretty fast. im considering getting the eibach kit too.

I went out today and got 2 pairs of Specialty Products camber bolts. I imagine you would only want to use 1 pair anyways. I just wanted to get them in case they would be needed when I get my alignment done and the specs are thrown too far off. Just some extra insurance if needed for about $30.
