HELP HELP with programming Remote

I just received my keyless entry remote i bought from an org member, and im having problems programming it. After i insert the key in 6 times before 10 seconds, the hazard lights blink, but nothing happens after that. Someone please help me.....

after the hazard blink your keep the key in and turn to the ON position (dont start)
then press the lock button on the keyless remote, Hazards should flash again, take out keep and open door, programming done.

Close the door and test it out.

cant remember I believe its ON, but if that doenst work then its ACC.

its still not working!!..........how do i know if the remote i bought at least works? because after the first flash, after i press Lock button,(which is the big button), it doesnt flash................. I do have a keyless entry for sure right b/c the hazard lights came on right??

its the ACC you turn too. that should work. did you try it yet?

if that doesnt work and your followed the instructions properly then is must be the battery. (Battery should be a buck or two at radio shack).

if u look in the how to's of the 4th Gens it show you how its really easy. Its key sequence and holding down lock on the remote.

I only pressed it once, but try pressing it once hard and see if that works if not then try holding it for a second or two. You really should be able to just press it.

if your following the directions correctly and still not getting a responce my bet is your battery is dead. Cause everything is working up to the point when you push the remote button.

is it possible that the remote is dead? I bought it from davey...from the org.
