Passenger side

On the pass side of the firewall there is a large rubber plug that you can poke through using a nail set or an exacto knife... It appears behind the glove box. Good luck.

If you can't find an existing hole that you can stick the wire through, there should be spots in the firewall that are thinner metal that can be punched out for a hole. Also, make sure that you put a rubber gromet in the hole, this will protect the wire from fraying over time and causing a short or a fire. I didn't do this and eventually I had to replace some things, so spend the 30 cents for a rubber grommet.
