GLE suspension mods?

I recently purchased a '95 GLE, w/ all options.
It has 85K miles, and I really enjoy driving it, but the suspension is way too SOFT. I would like to firm up the ride a bit, but I don't want to go the extreme of my old 5.0 Mustang. Any suggestions regarding struts/springs would be greatly appreciated.
