Problem with Y-Pipe Install

Problem with Y-Pipe Install
First thanks to all the threads on what to look for on the install. Helped out greatly. For all looking to replace the Y-pipe in the future the bolts on the cat to the B-pipe on my Max just rung off. Took about 2 hours to finally cut them off and get it smooth.
Now for the problem:
I had to replace the front O2 sensor because for some reason it did not want to leave its old Y-pipe home. It just kept twisting around and around and around..Anyway, so I got an OEM Bosch and hooked it up, installed the warpspeed y-pipe, high flow cat and connected it back to the stock cat-back. The other 2 O2 sensors still need to be replaced, but at 90 bucks a pop I will leave them until another day.
I take the car back down off of the jack stands and jack and started it up. Immediately I hear a whining noise
and I am lost on what to do
I get ready to drive it back in and the noise stops. So I turn the car off clean some things up, and when I start the car the noise is back!!
It appears to whine for about 3-4 minutes and than stops. Need help because I know something is wrong...
Also - Not sure of impact but here are the other things I did that day in case any impact it: Changed oil, air filter, and flushed radiator. Replaced plugs. Used V-Power NGK but now car is shaking up start up, idling hard. I plan to replace back with the platinum plugs.

Is it throwing any codes or just making noise? Make sure you got ALL your tools out, and check the belt section since you did say you changed the oil, makes sure everything was put back tight; you never know.

NGK V-power plugs work fine; I have never heard of anyone having problems with them. O2 sensors don't make noise unless they are completely out of the exhaust and banging against something.
Reset the ECU to start. Check your belts. Make sure everything is connected. Make sure the MAF wire didn't work its way out. Check your codes after a while.

Did you check around your coils to make sure none of the wires cracked or got damaged somehow? Are they all firmly seated (hard to think that they wouldn't be). I don't know - those are the biggest culprits from the stuff you did that would cause rough idle. Did you drop a plug on accident and mess up the gap? Did you check the gap on all of them?
Just throwing out ideas.
