IM CHANGING MY GLE'S TO THE WHITE SE GAUGES...ANYONE KNOW HOW HARD THIS IS....IS THERE A HOW TO....I KNOW THE NEEDLES HAVE TO COME OFF....IF ANYONE CAN HELP THANKS
